Enhancements
Pages
- When creating a page, you are now able to create a new authentication profile within the new flow, so you don’t have to switch context to the authentication profiles page. This will improve your speed of development and will provide you a better user experience

New Actions
- Deleting an entity in Actions which has children or references to it, like an Actions, steps or variables, will now delete the children or references of it as well.
The Application Log now contains the complete error message when a compilation error occurs. This allows for better debugging of your functions
In the create and update step File ad Image property can now be assigned a value (text). The Beta Forms of the pagebuilder will soon soon make it possible to upload a file using a form and store it using the Action
Fixes
Data
- Image property containing width or height as string errors on MetaAPI
Empty expressions in default value errors on DataCompiler
HasMany input as string caused errors on DataAPI
Bridge tables were not correctly cleaned after a record was deleted
New Actions
- Selecting properties from relations on the left hand side in a filter for a collection/record variable results in a compile error (on production)
Announcements
Original Actions
- Background Job execution duration time will be reduced. This allows Betty Blocks to distribute activities on the server much better which increases stability. On July 1 2022, the first limit will be set at 4 hours. Customers with applications that could be affected by this have already been notified.
- As of Wednesday June 29th, newly created Actions, or Actions that are being updated, can only be scheduled every 10 minutes instead of every minute.
That was all for now. Your feedback allows us to continuously improve the Product. So please, let us know what you think about it!
