Scheduling is available in next-gen actions

With our latest release, we added the ability to schedule the triggering of your action. Part of automating your business is creating actions to speed up your processes and productivity. You wouldn't reach your full potential while still manually pressing each button to start them. That’s when the scheduled actions come in handy. 


There is an infinite amount of reasons to use scheduled actions. Some of the widely  used and easy-to-implement applications are:

  • Backing up data
  • Sending emails
  • Synchronizing environments
  • Mass-updating data


To set up a schedule for your action, go to settings. You will see the new tab 'Scheduling'. You can turn on the scheduling and set time and frequency using a cron syntax. Want to learn more? Check out this article.
