Enhancements
Page builder
- Builders are now able to compare a list on the right-hand side value of the filter that is configured on the data Components with the “in” operator, so that they can return a list that matches those values.
- Configured formats are now displayed with a label when hovering over the chips in the content Component options in the sidebar so that you can validate the selected format.
Data model builder
- The ability to update existing remote Data sources. Builders can update their installed remote Data sources to sync with the latest schema changes. This saves you a lot of time. This feature is behind a feature flag on production. Will be released publicly soon. Contact Support for more information.
- We've released a new Data API mutations version. This feature is mainly used by Applications that are using custom functions in Actions. The new mutations version is much more stable and reliable to be supported in the future.
My Betty Blocks
- We have released a new user management overview in My Betty Blocks. Here we display new users who have been invited to the platform but still need to complete the registration of their account. This overview gives the organization admin insights into the accepted and unaccepted invitations.
- The links to the documentation are updated from academy to docs. Also, a tile about Application gallery (inspiration) is added.
Actions
- We changed the way how the previous IDE and current IDE work together. The new IDE will be used to (re)view a configured action, where in the previous IDE actions can be created and edited. Instead of an iFrame, the old environment is opened in a new browser tab. This eliminates the iFrame and creates a clear purpose for both Action environments until the new Actions environment is complete.
Fixes
Page builder
- The RowClick interaction is no longer triggered when clicking a button in the row with an interaction.
- Removing a partial was returning an empty error message.
- Translations were sometimes breaking when switching between micro frontends.
- Fixed a partial that got degraded to just an empty data list.
- Filtering the data table Component with “never” pagination was not working properly.
- Filtering with a multi-select on a related Model was returning an error.
- Dragging Components in locked Components in the Partial editor.
Data model builder
- Remote Models were shown in the old IDE (in both the Models list view and schema view) instead of in the new IDE only.
- Remote Data sources with ReferentialConstraint were returning an error on creation.

In the beginning of January, we will be releasing a new feature called Remote data sources. The feature is currently being used in Beta on production. Betty Blocks have contacted those Customers and Partners who are using it at the moment and what this public release means for them. - Deprecation of configurations to extend Data API token lifetimes.
In the upcoming month, we will deprecate the function to use custom configuration types to extend the Data API access and refresh token lifetimes. This can now be configured within the Authentication Profiles. Betty Blocks have contacted those Customers and Partners who are using it at the moment.
