Over the last 2 weeks, we have been working on improvements to the platform. In this blog post, you can see a simple list of what has been changed, updated, and/or what bugs have been fixed. Read more about the release notes of weeks 16 and 17 of 2022.
Enhancements
Data
- We have released new features in the new Data model IDE for new apps. With the release of these features, the new Data model IDE will be the primary development environment. We are focusing on merging our two development environments into one again. This step is part of this plan. In the new IDE, we can offer a more seamless development environment with the Page Builder, which is highly important in our no-code and citizen development vision. Read more in this blog.
- Support of dynamic validations in Mutations API

- Be able to assign relational properties (belongs-to, has-many and has-and-belongs-to-many)

Templates
- Updated Card View page template to a new design

- Two new permissions are added. You now have the option to manage who in an organization can create new applications. Next to this in a separate permission, you can manage who can create new sandboxes below the production application.
- One permission is updated. Earlier you could manage who could merge changes, but this is now more fine-grained as you now can manage (1) who can merge changes to the production application and (2) who can merge changes within the sandboxes.
- The organization settings buttons (settings, user management, and delete) are now always displayed, even when you don’t have access to manage them. When you don’t have access to manage them the buttons are disabled and show information on hoover.
- The user avatars on organization level were gone in the user overview, this has now been restored.

- The data of the logged-in user was not being sent via a hidden input of a form component.
- Unable to select data is coming from this page in the data container wizard.

My Betty Blocks
- When someone was invited as a user for an application and then the role was changed to builder he/she still couldn’t access the IDE (then you have no access message would stay). This is now resolved.
