Over the last 2 weeks, we have been working on improvements to the platform. In this blog post, you can see a simple list of what has been changed, updated, and/or what bugs have been fixed. Read more about the release notes of Weeks 18 and 19, 2021...
Enhancements:
- Page Builder - We added the option to customise your App browser title. You can use a custom configuration, name it “application_title” and give it a custom value.
- Page Builder - User presence avatars in the Pages overview. You can now see who has opened a Page directly from the Pages overview. You could already see this while opening a Page in the IDE.
- Page Builder - The Data Table Component is now supported with a striped option. Rows will appear striped in Runtime.
- Page Builder - Sharing a Component via the Block Store is now also enabled on Component creation.
- Page Builder - We have added two new default Page templates: Column layout template & Login and register template. Both are available for everyone in the new Page flow.
- DataModel - We deprecated the “now” expression function in the context of expression Properties. This will no longer be possible and supported. Make use of Actions instead.
Fixes:
- Page Builder - Selecting an item in the Property browser caused the search function to reset.
- Page Builder - Adding and removing a row link from a Data Table did break in Runtime.
- Page Builder - The required option of the Checkbox group Component did not block the submit when no value was selected.
- Page Builder - We fixed a bug where a chosen Property in a Component option turned into an error state in some cases.
- Page Builder - Fixed a bug where using data from a belongs_to Relation in a Form option didn’t work in Runtime.
