We’ve just released a set of powerful updates to the component tree in the page builder. These changes are all about making it easier and faster to work, especially when dealing with complex page structures. We focused on visual feedback and keeping the tree fast and clean.
Here's what's new:
- Faster performance, especially noticeable on large pages
- Icons for all components, making them easier to recognize them
- Zoom and resize the tree your way. Your preferred view will be remembered
- Clearer hover indicators, so you can drag and drop with more confidence
- Hidden component icons now include a background for better visibility
- Selected components show a dark blue highlight for better tracking
- Dropzone labels have higher contrast, so they're easier to read
- Lock/unlock widgets by clicking on the icon
- Improved search with jump-to functionality
- Right-click to open menu
- Tree jumps to current selected component
- Icon added to show if display-logic is applied
