The Power of Insight: Discover the Company Overview

We are thrilled to unveil a significant expansion for application management in My Betty Blocks, designed to provide you with a more comprehensive and insightful overview of your usage. After all, it is quite useful to see how much you are building and communicating this with your peers! 

Introducing: The Company Overview!
With this new feature, you can now access a detailed overview of all the applications that you own, empowering you with valuable data and insights to make informed decisions. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Total applications per type: Get a bird's eye view of all the applications you own in one place. Whether you have a handful or a hundred, you can now effortlessly keep track of every single one.
2. Internal Users and External: Internal Users requiring login credentials to access applications, identified by an email domain associated with the company. External users are individuals without a building role and lack an email address associated with the company's known domain.
3. Building Blocks: Encompass pages, data models, actions, and web services across all production applications. Some of these elements may have a defined multiplier specified in the contract.
4. Exporting: All this data can be exported to facilitate data sharing with external parties or for periodic data analysis to identify trends.

What changed for your workflow?
With the appropriate permissions, users can now access the company overview, a newly introduced permission residing at the company level, one level above the existing organization layer. All organization admins have been migrated to company admins, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with the new company-level structure. 

Users without the required permission can request access from colleagues within their company who possess the necessary permissions. This access can be granted via the user management feature accessible on the company overview.
