4 Reasons Why You Can’t Miss the Next Betty Blocks on Stage

Just little under a year ago we hosted the first Betty Blocks on Stage (BBoS) ever in our brand new premises in Alkmaar and to say it was a success is an understatement. Over 250 no-code enthusiasts from all across the globe joined us to experience all things no-code. It’s safe to say that if you weren’t there, well, you missed out. However, we’re not the type to leave you hanging with bad news.

New call-to-action

So the good news is that 14 March we are back with a new Betty Blocks on Stage and you are in for a treat! Here are 4 things you will miss if you won’t join us for the festivities.

1. You will experience no-code on steroids

Well, this is a no-brainer, but we just want to put it out there, you know, just in case it wasn’t obvious. BBoS is the first truly no-code event ever and this year it’s coming back bigger and badder. That means you will fully immerse yourself in the no-code movement, citizen development and everything related. The attendees from this year came in at ground zero and left as thorough citizen development ninjas. Imagine what will happen if you add a pinch of steroids.

2. Get inspired by great speakers

Last year we had the best in the game giving inspiring speeches about innovating with no-code. Next to our CEO, Chris Obdam, we also had John Rymer, VP and Principal Analyst of Forrester Research, and Bas Wit, Innovation Manager at Unive Insurance. All gave fantastic speeches about the game of constantly exploring innovation. It’s still our little secret who we’ll have this year, but we’re committed to raising the game even higher.

3. Getting your hands dirty at the no-code crash courses

Listening to inspiring people is great, but nothing beats getting your hands dirty and learning by doing. At the first event, there were plenty of opportunities to do so. We had workshops for Innovation Street, Design Thinking, the Betty Blocks Platform, and Getting Started with No-Code Development. We wouldn’t call the next BBoS bigger and badder if we weren’t going to up the ante. But, as with all things great, we’re still keeping this in the dark too. Sorry.

4. Having fun, fun, fun!

The status quo that IT is boring is a thing from the past. Having fun is one of the core values at Betty Blocks and we make sure that everything we do radiates with it. During last year’s BBoS, fun was one of the pillars of the success of that day. With truly amazing Dutch food, our own Betty Blocks craft beer on tap and the Partner of the Year award, everyone left with smiling faces and full bellies.
